Hello Sayan_ Ghosh, I have tried your methods of resetting my laptop and the bulletin that always pop up and forbid me from resetting my laptop is "In that location was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made."
*non certain what make my laptop is just it is a HP laptop
*operating system was Windows eight or viii.1
*i used Windows ten reset
*the error message is "There was a problem resetting your PC. no changes were fabricated."
*yes I am able to login commonly.
i also did the sac browse and zippo was wrong

In this case, if Windows x Reset fails, I advise you to download the Windows 10 ISO through Media Creation tool from another computer so perform a repair of the operating system on the affected arrangement.
(Refer to the section Installing Windows ten using the media creation toolin the above article for creating the tool).

1. Start your computer from the installation media. Insert the disk or USB stick and restart your computer. If you run into a message asking you to Press any key to kick from DVD, do and then. HI I had the exact same issue, and on some other site it said to get to the aforementioned expanse as the reset option, except to restart the PC and at that place it gave more options. I believe I went to avant-garde options and selected the reset PC in that location. Oddly it looked the verbal same, said that I would be able to cull whether I wanted to keep my files or not, etc. But for some reason it worked this way. From the actual search it says
- Open Advanced commencement-up. Go to Get-go > Settings > Update & security > Recovery and click Restart at present below Advanced start-upward.
- Start Arrangement Restore in Safe Style. Windows will so restart and brandish a Choose an option card.
- This is where I navigated through and eventually institute the reset option
ps it had several other options such as troubleshooting, restore from an image or restore point, etc. I just choose the reset option and it worked.
